The Philippine Industrial Relations Society, Inc. (P.I.R.S.) is the first and only national organization of practitioners,
scholars and students of Industrial Relations from the four sectors of society: labor, management, government and academe.
It is a non-profit, non-stock professional organization founded some twenty years ago and affiliated with the International
Industrial Relations Association (IIRAA) based in Geneva, Switzerland.

and enlightened practice of the Industrial Relations profession.

Be the
vanguard in the advancement and promotion of excellence of the science and practice of Industrial Relations.
Conduct
research, fora, instruction, advocacy, consultancy and publication in partnership with the industrial relations practitioners,
academe, scholars, their organizations and unions, including government, non-government and private institutions.
